Individualized Support Services (ISS)



One time and ongoing funds can be available for people, perhaps for the first time, who need additional resources to afford safe and decent housing. Funds can be used to purchase new or used items to set up a household or to pay toward the rent.

To be a candidate for this service, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older, be considered eligible through OPWDD, and be diagnosed with a qualifying disability which occurred prior to age 22. These include but are not limited to: intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, seizure disorders, or traumatic brain injuries.

Apply for all generic benefits and funding available as well.
